They work best on denim or cotton.

Will not work on synthetic fabric, hence you can sew.

Instructions to put them with the plate:

  • set the iron as hot as possible and without steam
  • Place the patch where you want to paste
  • Place the hot iron over the patch
  • Tap about 20 seconds
  • Repeat from the other side of the tissue
  • Test to see if it has stuck or not pulling just a little bit
  • Let it cool down
