Methods, Costs and Delivery times

The shipping costs are not included within the price of the products, since they depend on where you want to send the order and sometimes also of the amount, weight or size of your order.

Once you have your order in the cart and add the shipping address, the system will offer all the possibilities of transport that you have for the zone to which you want to send your purchase with their price and estimated time of delivery.

Remember that we can send the package to the address you tell us, no need to be your own, and if it is a gift don't forget to tell us if you want us to write a note in your name, which is also something we do :-)

You will only have to choose the transport that best suits you depending on what you want to spend, the urgency or your previous experiences with any of our transport providers. This is the summary table of options, and a little further down you can find more information about each of the companies:

Deadlines and time limit for order reception

The processing of orders in our facilities is carried out only from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The time limit for the reception of daily orders with standard transport is 13:00 hours being the 18:00 time of expedition. Therefore, each day we will process orders received between 13:00 hours of the previous day and 13:00 of the present day.

Shipments for express delivery will be processed until 16:00 hours and will be sent out that same day. Those received after 16:00 are shipped the next business day.

When you choose the transport provider you will see that each one has its delivery. But be CAREFUL! Please note that shipping deadlines are calculated in working days. The courier companies do NOT DELIVER on SATURDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. If you need an urgent delivery on a Saturday please call us and we try to manage it with the agency.

Customs

When the page detects that you're buying from Ceuta, Melilla , or any country not belonging to the European Customs Union, local taxes will be discounted to the price of the product. If this does not happen automatically when you enter the page, don't worry that when you put the shipping address it will recalculate the price without taxes.

You must keep in mind that the shipping costs to Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include the costs (tariffs) on imports that may exist, and which will be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods. The courier company may charge fees for the management of the customs clearance in case of being applicable. It is recommended to contact the agency of transportation with the shipping code that will be provided by lafrikileria.com at the time of the shipment.

Preorder, reservations and products with special shipping conditions.

The vast majority of the products lafrikileria.com are available in our warehouse and will be delivered within 24/48 hours (*), but there are some products with special shipping conditions:

• Preorder and Reserve: these are products that have not come out yet to the market and that you will be able to request or book in advance to ensure that you can get them.

• Special products: these are products with low demand and we need to ask the manufacturer for them so we have between a week and ten days delivery time. We will always confirm the period of time after consulting with the manufacturer.

ATTENTION: if you mix products with special shipping conditions and normal products in the same order for immediate delivery, the system will separate your order into two shipments automatically, and can cause an increase in the costs of shipping. If this happens and you prefer to wait and get everything together, get in contact with us before we prepare on tienda@lafrikileria.com and we will refund the additional shipping costs.

We are constantly looking for new delivery methods to reach more places, faster and more economically.

When you write down the shipping address the page will indicate what you've got available, here you can find a bit of information on each of them:

• MRW: one of the oldest and most prestigious delivery companies operating in Spain. We trust them with our express shipments. They have a cost of 5,99 € , and it will reach to the door of your house from one day to another. It's available only for mainland Spain.

• ASM: courier company integrated with the international group GLS which offers very competitive prices and will leave the package at your home in 24/48 hours if you live in a capital city or in 48/72 if your home is not in a major urban area. They have a cost of 3,99 € to mainland Spain. If the order is over 60 € , this transport is FREE.

• CORREOS: This is the Spanish Post state company. Offers several shipping options: home delivery or collection at the Post office of your choice. The price of the shipping depends on the destination and weight of your package. Now also sending to Europe with fees dependent on the weight of the package.

• CLICKCANARIAS: it is the best way we have found to send parcels to the Canary islands without surprises at customs. You will buy the products without VAT and the checkout button will take you to the website of ClickCanarias where you'll know exactly how much you will have to pay, with VAT and shipping included (flat shipping rate of 6.90 €). If your order is over 150 € it will be taxed with a 7% of General Indirect Tax in the Canary islands (IGIC ).
  Orders are shipped from our store to the headquarters of ClickCanarias in Madrid , from where they send weekly to the islands.
