To return an item, or several, of your order, login to your Personal Area at lafrikileria.com by logging in with your email and password at the following link:
In case you ordered as a Guest, you must create a customer account to be able to ask for a return. To do this, follow this link to enter your Personal Area, inserting your email address and the reference code of the purchase order that was sent to you along with the email of your purchase, and below enter the password you wish for your customer account, then click on Send:
Once you have created your customer account, log in and you'll be taken to your Client Area.
Now, go to History and Details of My Orders and select the order you wish to make a return:
In this example, we choose the last order received and click on Details:
The website will bring you to the details of your order, where you can see a little further down Return Merchandise. Below, you have a box where you can write the reasons for your return, if it is because you need a different size, the product is defective, we did wrong with the shipping, you are no more interested, etc, and just over it there is a chart with the products included in your order, where you mark what you want to return (and the number of units if needed). Once this is done, press the button Ask for a Refund.
Congratulations! You've already requested the return. Now you need to wait for news from us, we will answer as soon as possible and we will communicate with you by e-mail or, depending on the situation, by phone.
Entering My Returns in the Client Area you will be able to track the status of your refund.
