The sake is probably the most famous drink of Japan. It is a kind of wine that is obtained from various types of special rice for this purpose, koji (rice fermented with the fungus Aspergillus oryzae) and depending on the type, are sometimes added to alcohol. In this case it is sake, Dai Ginjo, which adds a bit of alcohol to the mix to round out the flavor. There are the sake of different types depending on the fermentation process, ingredients, and polishing of rice, the daiginjo is made with rice that has been polished to 50% of its original volume, which ensures that the sake will taste clean and pure.
This sake in particular is of premium quality, has a deep flavor and clear. It is manufactured by Gekkeikan, the manufactures of sake official of the royal family of Japan. You can enjoy it cold, temperatua environment, or hot, between 40th or 50th.
To warm it up
put it in a tokkuri (jar ceramic sake) and heat the tokkuri in a pot of water. Constantly check the temperature for not getting you overheated, as it would lose flavor and degrees of alcohol. After drinking you can use the bottle as a vase very cuqui.

Ya lo conocia de cuando mi mujer estuvo de viaje en Logroño y me trajo una figurita de Lego (nosotros somos de Fuenlabrada). En esta ocasion les he pedido un HotToy de Satr Wars (Darth Maul the Clone Wars). La figura es una absoluta maravilla, pero al margen de esto, la gestion por parte de la tienda ha sido buenisima, respondiendo mis dudas y siempre muy amables. Ademas el precio me parecio muy bueno.
