CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

For the duration of the health emergency caused by the pandemic of the COVID19, our couriers will carry out all deliveries according to a strict internationally adopted security protocol called "Contactless Delivery" o Contactless Delivery.

Please note that this protocol has been designed to protect yourself both to you as well as to the person making the delivery.
Respect it, demand that it be respected and your online orders will be totally safe for everyone.

If your home allows it, the delivery person will call you through the intercom, ask for your ID and write it down on the PDA. Then he will put the package in the elevator if possible, or he will take it up and leave it on the doormat so that you don't have to ring the doorbell.

In case you have to go up, the protocol will be:

Non-contact delivery protocol:

• The delivery person will be protected with a mask and gloves.

• When he arrives at your house he will leave the package on the floor and ring your doorbell.

• Without opening the door, it will ask for your ID number and your name

• He will write it down on the PDA himself and will not make you sign anything.

• He will leave the package in front of the door and walk away

• Remove the outer packaging, wash your hands and enjoy a safe order.
  
  
  

DEFERRED DELIVERY

If you think that due to the characteristics of your home or your order you will not be able to receive it following this protocol or you simply do not want to receive it in these special circumstances, tell us openly and we will understand.

You can place your orders normally and let us know in the comments that you would prefer us to hold the products for you and deliver them when the situation normalizes.

We will keep it for you for as long as it takes and we will honor your prices, discounts and free shipping that we will maintain while this situation lasts (applicable to shipments to the Peninsula for orders of more than 10€).

WE TAKE CARE OF IT

We cannot prevent many people from spending their birthday alone during these days, but at least we can send them your gift.
