Errata Stigmata

Errata appeared for the first time on the back cover of the first issue of Love & Rockets in 1982, and the following year, in the second installment of the series, as protagonizaba his first story, a story of science fiction with touches of the supernatural guided by an aesthetic somewhere between the punk and the aesthetics neorromántica then in vogue. From there, the character evolved very soon into other territories bordering the comedy of customs and the psychological thriller, very much in the taste of its creator. That probably is his story more known, Tears rained from the sky, the small stigmatized starred in a kind of perversion of the Cinderella fairy tale without a happy ending, becoming the paradigm of the stories of children suffering within the extensive production of the author.

After all the emphasis on the cover of number 10 and the vaunted Tears rained from heaven, published in the number 11 at the height of 1985, the character only he would return promptly in 1993, 2001 and 2004. However, Errata has not disappeared never of the imaginary essence of Love & Rockets and, above all, of his readers, that has been the star of a multitude of small tributes in the form of a song, avatar, short story, poster, t-shirt, fanart, etc

Fulgencio Pimentel has compiled in a single volume, all the stories of the unforgettable character as well as some of their multiple appearances in bullets isolated and illustrations by various and has tried to give them context by adding a short interview with the author. Thus, this book becomes a one-shot twin of Rocky of Jaime Hernandez, hermanísimo Beto's, where we also find united for the first time all the stories of the other female character in the saga.
